do not mention it. HR requested a call is because of seting up starting date? anyway just do not mention it. you can reject it once you get Offer 2. No obligation to follow the accepted offer but somehow so called "ethics" only . It's abosulutely normal for a job searcher. Do whatever benefit for you,that's first rule of job hunters.
