With all your comments, I do feel much better.

At night, my kids asked me "Momi, why you don't look happy", I said "I have a bully colleague today", then they said "tell us about it so that we can learn how to deal with bullies...." :) they really cheered me up and for sure, bully people is everywhere, fro kids as well as for adults.

today is a sunny day in Chicago, I feel that I am growing...and will continue to grow even when it's in rainy days!
