請大家幫忙給點建議 - 讓人心煩的同事 A

背景：
我：在公司5個多月， 學曆比A高，經驗沒她多
同事A: 在公示3年， 學曆不高，但有20多年的經驗 （她比我大20多歲）白女
我們級別相同，但是管不同branch, 有些工作數據結果相互需要，我們都報告給同一個老板，老板、公司現在都需要她。

事件：
昨天早上，她很生氣的跑到我的辦公室，說我提供的數據有錯誤，導致她工作無法進行，但是她找不出是哪裏出錯，命令我快點檢查找出原因。但是整個過程她的表情憤怒，聲音很大，非常的不尊重和無理。沒有給我時間調查，就得出是我錯誤的結論。我找出原因去找他解釋，她就用像審問犯人一樣的逼問我原因。我解釋說這個數據上個月是我做的，但是我隻是DO YOU A FAVOUR，這應該是你的工作，所以我這個月沒做。（雖然這個項目沒有明確是屬於誰的，我是新人應該積極去做，但我真的忘了做，才這麽說）我解釋了這個工作應該由她來負責的理由， 她接受了，說IT'S NOT YOUR FAULT,還向我道歉了說她隻是非常STRESSFUL才會這樣多我。我沒有當場接受她的道歉，而是很大聲的說 WE CAN HAVE A DISCUSSION, BUT YOUR ATTITUDE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. 因為不是她第一次這樣像罪犯一樣審問我，在沒有調查，給我機會解釋前就斷定是我的錯誤，極度不尊重我。前5個月這樣的情況幾乎每個月都會有，但是我都忍了，想著我是新人，不要得罪了老人，反正公司也不會拿她怎樣，隻會給自己找難受。但是我發現，她覺得我軟柿子好欺負，就越發得寸進尺對我亂發脾氣。我終於沒忍住，給她發了EMAIL,COPY老板，原文如下:
A:
I have decided to accept your oral apology you made in your office regarding your angry attitude, emotional speech you had with me this morning.
As I mentioned, I considered myself a team player and always tried my best to coordinate and help out. Although I understand the pressures and stresses you are having from work, your angry attitude towards me is disrespectful, unprofessional and unacceptable.
Since this is not the first time you have done it to me, I think it’s necessary to have this documented, bring it to the management’s attention and hope it doesn’t repeat in the future. （7月份我給老板發過一個COMPLAIN EMAIL）
I am a reasonable person; I respect everyone and am friendly to others, so I expect the same from you in return.

老板回複如下：
I appreciate you letting me know about this, and I am happy to know that it appears both of you have resolved this.
I can appreciate how stressful things have been for you and all my team in my absence. I would, however still like to meet with you both Monday afternoon to discuss.
I know you both well and respect both of your for diligence and dedication to the company and I thank you for all the extra hard work you have put in over this year.

請問大家：
1) 我需要為MONDAY的DISCUSSION做什麽準備，到時候應該怎麽說
2) 今後如何與A相處，如果她還是不改，我應該IGNORE她嗎？
3) 以後再遇到類似情況應該如果處理（我知道我這個做法不妥，老公說像小朋友告狀，起不到什麽效果，還隻會說明我不會處理人際關係，毀了升官機會。哎，但是事已如此，覆水難收，隻好請大家幫我出出主意，想想對策了。）
