There is a ukraine lady in our group, she is no better than

the one you are dealing with everyday.  Nobody likes working with her, but she is good at what she does. The company decided to keep her.

她沒得，我得了 speaks volume. It means you are more qualified than her. Period.

Don't even bother to think about your female co-worker. She is not  even worth your time and energy.
