求助!產假結束前一個月,接到employment termination offer 該怎麽辦?
如題。我在加拿大,termination offers 8 weeks package. Due in 5 days. 理由是 performance & language. 產假前工作1年8個月。從未接到過任何warning regarding to my performance. 與直接supervisor在工作初期有過issues. Supervisor是公認的極度controlling但我都是主動協調處理,以致休產假前supervisor與我口頭轉述產假回來後會face more responsibilities and take over more works。休假前也明確表明了回去上班時間。期間supervisor跳槽。前段時間paid a visit to the office. 上周接到大領導要求another visit. And He gave the termination offer to me inperson and accused me for perfprmance & language problem.. 思前想後,實在覺得illegal 且unfair. 理由實在過於牽強。很著急,想fight,不隻如何是好?家有2孩,這真是晴天霹靂.真誠尋求寶貴意見專業信息給些意見
