1. 深談一次,撇清誤會。
2. 和經理one on one weekly or biwekly, 名為談工作實為聯絡感情交流想法
3. find a chance to buy her a coffee or set up a team lunch or bring some home made treates.
4. small talk - look for common topics - kids, shopping, something is on sale, dresses, etc.
5. give compliments, i.e. You look great, nice ear ring, I like your dress. Where do you get your shoes? It looks great on you.
6. 盡量少跨級complain. what goes around comes around. if you say something bad about your manager, she will know eventrually.
7. "我是心裏不太看得起她。因為她自我感覺太好了。到處指手劃腳", this is wrong, either way, she is your manager, if you keep thinking that way, you won't be able to get along with her.
