is it worth consideration

guys,
current job:
paid well comparing to market value, nothing to learn or to do , no collaboration team environment and all by myself , relationship with boss is very poor and we've had several major conflicts in the past couple months, to be honest we even yelled at each other, not likely I would get a good review from him ,  I know I don't like him and he doesn't like me either.

is it worth consideration switching to a new job with salary 10k less, more collaborative environment and newer technology to do?

I am close to 40, in IT.
