Good luck to both us. A toxic environment is like an abusing relationship. No counselors will suggest you to adapt to it. The advice is always the quicker to run away, the better. We don't deserve the maltreatment .

Until I am going to submit the quit letter, I realize how stupid wasting 2 years trying to prove I can fit in. Like my former coworker said: they stole my life, my happiness, and my health.
