No managers have interests to know your trouble

Please don't put you in a hole and try to explain it is not your fault.

 

No future managers want to listen to your explanations. No managers want to take risks to hire you unless they are your good buddies.

 

So please calm down and don't do anything to put yourself into a hole.

 

Learn to do right thing. Also learn how to survive in bad situations.
