Ya, Im not really that into big money so starting again from a junior position in another trading firm is not bad at all - some of my friends suggest not to do so as my current job is quite stable and offers good pay, but my boss is dumping sh*t and the way he manages is rediculous that I cant stand and there is no much space to further improve. I just lost the passion with my current company but I still love the industry.

I would like to try sth new and always love to spend sometime in NYC. Sometimes I doubt if myself is determined or strong enough to persist in the study life. But it still opens a window and light the passion.

Yes, I dont have much time to waste and need to be down to earth.
