What can we do? Agile is prevelent everywhere.

All managers love Agile since it sends them flying  high in the sky with easy lives and high visibility and productivity , but drives  the developers into dark, non stop coding labors with no respect and appreciation. Transparency is an big/huge excuse to add high level pressure on the developers and push them to spin faster and faster.
Agile is even worse than micromanagement!!!! It will kill the creativities and imagination. What's a sad and dark  future for the ITs!!!!!
