Discussion with your supervisor first with the proposal supported with some person reason, "home caring" or ....
But don't reveal the fact your are moving to another company earlier.
You can get full pay if they agree. Most company will OK for that. But get the acceptance of resignation letter printed as agreed.
Otherwise you have to take urgent leave if rejected. Will the empoyer be so tough unless someone try to show their "power" ?
