report to your manager immediately

the sooner the better. Usually the company has some process to handle the emergency case like this.
I made once a big mistake, sent the source codes to the customer. This is a huge mistake but I reported it immediately.
It is not so bad. We fix the problem. This is just the lesson you have to learn.
