 The Vp and certain seniors are buddies but really have no idea how to run their business, to a different level. So they bring in a lot of new blood, and push them to change things or train people within the first three months. A lot of people just take that long to know who they are working for and they decide to leave. It is hard for a company to keep good people if the seniors don't know we'll what they are doing.
