Agree with 1,2,3; little hesitant to say yes to 4, reason being

being pushy itself has a negative meaning, nobody likes to be pushed over, let alone by a woman (let's face it, it's still a men's world for the most part). but, us women could use other tactics to "push" to make things happens, just don't be a blatant agenda pusher, IMO.
