Summary and Really??!!

First summary:

1. Be a relentless self-promoter.

2. Keep your boss happy.

3. Be beautiful.

4. Don't be a "pushy woman." 

The first three are fine, that is what you hear everywhere.  The forth is the catch. So, this whole advice article translates into: do whatever you can to try to get a raise, but take whatever is given to you and be happy because you are a woman.  - Really?  Is this really the best advice a woman can get??
