Thank so much for sharing.
The bonus is $11k. I just feel it is so close to get it.. New company has $10k sign on bonus...
I feel the bonus may come in the close time as next pay cycle, which is about 4/15. Last year it is 4/18. So if I could negotiate start date delayed by another week, I would almost be certain I would get it.

But today I got new company's benefit book and enrollment forms, all indicating the enrollment due date of 5/23. I guess that is based on my promised start date of 4/22.

So I am not sure if it is easy to postpone by a week...
