PIP vs. 退休

I talked to HR. As I am OK to retire, they can help make a graceful exit by marking it with retirement, if PIP is not good, The vested pension is said available. In rare case, if PIP is OK, then before the 3 months retirement waiting time, I can cancel it.

The PIP is so touch, not to mention there is 1/3 time at most available to do the PIP part of tasks.
