as we all known, that means nothing, there are 20% of people titled VP in any big investment banks. but that title will grant you 4(+) weeks vacation, and be eligiable to have 15-20% of base salary as bonus. Except for the traders, I don't think there are too many to earn more than 300K. Of course, the chief postions and corp attorneys do, these numbers you can count by your fingers. I can't imagine how someone else's payroll will bother you so much. I guess you are still young, maybe too young, eventually everyone grows up to certain levels.
