You are funny, and you have a point. I am not sure however if there is a realistic chance I would get a bonus simply for asking. I need a carrot and a stick in order to get an improvement without leaving, and I am not sure I have these. I cannot bluff and/or threaten or beg, and that's why I am soliciting advice here.
