Thanks so much. The HR sent me a prescreening form - one field in that form is my current salary. As I really wanted the job, I have tried best to fill the form completely.. Maybe I should just left the salary field unfilled but worried about leaving it unfilled may lower my probability to pass prescreening.

I could be too cautious... Good job is not easy... Thanks again..
