You are not the only one in such a situation.  Since he is your boss, he has the power to control your workload, your promotion or even your job security.   It does not matter unless your interest is significantly affected.  Remember, you cannot change your boss’ behavior; your choice is either endure or leave.  

 

However, nobody is perfect, even your boss.  He may be more stressful you, due to his supervisor.   It would be good if your colleagues know what is happening to you and your boss, not through your telling them but through their daily observations. 

 

You have to develop a moral standard to stick to all the time, and not supposed to be affected by how others are treating you.  In other words, continue to treat other the way you want to be treated, however they treat you.
