關於能者多勞

我的技術很強，在救過幾次火後，老板總把難的PROJECT 給我做，同時期待我能象救火一樣快速高效。He's happy about my work and always say that it is a piece of cake for you when he assigns the challenging task to me.

我現在的問題是我沒發天天以應付EMERGENCY 的速度和強度來工作，No break,eating lunch while working。

我上一份工作也有相同問題。 我真的不知道該怎麽辦。
請大家出主意。
