Too much time wasted on the paperwork instead of taking good care of patients, too much money spent on facilities and decorations and expensive machines instead of spending time on treating patients. However, there was a good surprise for me: once,I was forgotten by nurses and doctors and left in the exam room and became the last patient in the office, the charge was $275.00 and I got 5-min encounter time with doctor instead of 3 min :) !!
