Which offer would you choose?

got 2 offers recently..would like your opnion on them:

A. global consulting company. consultant. salary N. vacation: 3 weeks

  Pros: job very similar to what i am doing now - leverage on my experience; company well respected in the industry; i will be responsible for a big segment of the market; gloabl exposure; smart people 

  cons: somewhat demending; no extra capacity in the team, very lean organization; salary lower than B; less vacation than B; people seem to be less personable; need to publish reports

B. large insurance company. Director. salary N+10%,  vacation: 4 Weeks

   Pros: better pay, more vacation, very easy going team; seems less demanding, lots of supports due to extra capatity of the team; good learning opportunity as it is relatively new field for me; good work life balance

   cons: less of an eye popper on the Resume; somewhat middle office role; relatively narrow exposure; Change career direction a little bit; not sure about competitativeness in 3-5 years
