Thanks for your encouragement. The rest of co-workers are American. He left a "fair" impression on my co-workers. They all say that he is fair. 

I have been considering why he behaves towards me like this. Many reasons: I didn't display diplomatic skills. I am the ONLY international. He is somewhat absurd--trying to fabricate a case against me. Why? I think he might want to show to others that he is fair--he is firing me because I have not been performing. He might also establish his fair image with the main company.
