If yes, be very careful to make such judgement. Most times, even for very experienced people, such kind of judgement usually turns out to be wrong. Find the best way to leave them w/o burning the bridge. This is the test for you. Otherwise staying the same position will pose a bigger test. If you cannot figure out how to "nicely" leave them (the 1st test), you will certainly fail in the 2nd, much more challenging test (staying there and dealing w/ them).
