any idea??

I had talked with my boss for feedback. He said: "we do not have connection, I do not know why, because of culture, or because of you, I do not know." My boss is an american and male.Little background: I do not follow him since I came here. I know he is the one like everybody follow him and control every one in here.

Any idea what should I do?
