失業金我盡量申請。至於告前雇主就放棄了。

-- You made right decision.

我的履曆怎麽寫呢？已經算是和前雇主鬧翻了。我怎麽寫離開舊公司的原因呢？如果新公司打電話到舊公司，舊公司會故意說我表現不好嗎？

-- Write resume as usual.

-- The reason to leave: Company Re-org.

-- Whoever say good things about us, who is our reference.

-- The HR of previous HR should not say anything about performance.

-- Life are full ups and downs, be strong. Keep looking.
