I used to work for 2 fortunate 500 companies.

I was fine in the first one but was kicked it out in the second one just within one year. Generally, u got oral warning first that means u r dying, then paper warning after a few weeks/months that means u r totally dead, and 2 months deadline for performace improvement, but termination can occur anytime within those 60 days.
