To me, being FAIR is more important than being RIGHT. When

things happen, rather than pointing figures to each other, it's more important to propose a solution to teh issue. IMO

But on the flip side, being a team leader, to be able to take responsiblity for the team (instead of throwing  team members under the bus) is viewed as part of the leadership.
