Some project manager postion can be promoted to higher level.

"工作結束後會有提升的機會。" However, nobody know what is that 機會, nd be promoted to which position.

You need take the risk and think about what will you do if you do not get promted in that posiion after 1.5 year.

Choose what is you really want todo, and do it.

For me:  1) $$, 2) Comfortable Life Style, 3)Marketable Skill Sets; are the three factors to choose a job.
