Soft boss

Have you worked for bosses who behave like a dog in front of her bosses? All she cares about is what her bosses will think and what other managers will think about her.She would please her bosses by working her team memebers like dogs.The outcome is team members keep leaving the company.Within a year, 7 out of 10 people left.  I'm so digusted by this. Is is normal or is it just me? Is it Amercian tradition to serve your boss like a servant? I thought not.  What the heck! The boss is s very nice white woman in the 50s.
