From now on, set a goal to talk once in every meeting, it doesn'

matter what you say, could be just one sentence, you simply have to force yourself talking. After a month or two, increase the quota to twice.....before long you will find yourself much more comfortable talking in front of other.

BTW, this is what how I trained myself when I first came to the States for college:)) proved to be effective.
