新工作是每星期去公司1天，距離45邁，另外4天在家工作。

大約每1-3月去開車距離5小時的城市出差一次，公司安排飛機當天往返。

工資比目前多10k,福利，401k比目前好。

新工作總體看比目前好，但差別不太大。另外沒有在家工作過，不知有何利弊？
