My recommendation for you

1. start working on your personal skills

Sounds like you don't get along with anybody, that's an issue that won't be resolved by moving on to the next job.

2. re-think your career goal

Things like geography should have been considered ahead of the time, if you don't like small towns, don't take the offer and then complain.

3. change the perspective about yourself

You have less than 2 years of experience, you should focus on building up your experience and learning new skills (technical and communication), job hoppers don't go very far.

You have some serious growing up to do.
