Does "not work in PeopleSoft application" mean to work in HR/Finance department as end users? I have been working at IT site all the time. I do the technical support, as well as write code to customise or extend the functionalities. I don't do much on functional support. So that I am not familiar with HR/Finance business much. Does the similar work with PeopleSoft need PeopleCode and PeopleTool?
