我覺得: contractor 沒有如下benefits:

1) bonos (比如,10%) 

2) 401K match (比如,5% )

3) social security (比如,6.75%)

4) health and dental insurace (比如,3%)

所以,用該位置正式工的rate * 1.25 比較fair.
