Just want to quit

I am taking lunch time and rethinking about what happened this morning, my job is all time non -stop busy, no time is  the best time to leave on vacation, yesterday I emailed 2 weeks vacation request for next month, whcih is after I finish my monthly job, my direct boss didn't say no, but when I aksed him today, he said he needed to think about it even I told him I booked the air ticket yesterday since he diddn't disagree yesterday. I turned around and talked to higher lever boss and finally got it approved sicne I insisted. 

I personally think my boss is picking on me, he came a year later than me, and has done lots of petty action, unfortunately the one who hired me left the company so I dont' have backup, I am really tired of this and want to quit. 

Should I go or just keep on fighting with him?
