求教薪酬談判的高人。。。如何進行薪酬談判。。。

I am looking for help about pay negotiation.

To give one example, I am currently work at company A and I got an offer from a company B. The company B only gives me a pay raise of 10% and has no mention about sign-on bonus, which is quite standard in our industry. It's almost year-end, if I leave my current company A and go to company B and I will probably end up with no annual bonus at all.

Another example, I am also expecting an offer from company C. I am hoping that I can negotiate some better deals either with B or with C.
