1. If 現在的TN是公司的律師給辦的, you just need to follow the TN letter/process that you used last time.

2. Lawyer is not necessary but you have to fully understand the process/materials that you used last time. Even tiny mistake may ruin your application.

3. Apply new TN inside US is allowed.
