When you start to work, your values and characters are already shaped.

You have your judgement to adopt and adapt to the behaviors of your coworkers.

That being said, having a good mentor and smart coworkers is a blessing while having a bad mentor/boss and mean coworkers is an unfornate. I do not believe you will adopt bad behaviors from your work environment when you do not value them.
