我也煩..頭是印度人, 就知道push

one project normally 14hours coding + 2 hours testing + 4 hours functional design+ 2 functional document.

He just give me 14 hours to complete whole process. 2 days to finish 3.5 days project.

 

All totally I have this kind of projects - 16.

That means 2 months he will drive me crazy. I am thinking how I deal with him...

Is that normal for India manager? They tream people the same way?

I know SSRS, ERP programming as senior level. but I just ask mid-level salary. Now I am doing a super senior job. What should I do now?
