至於對你不友好的senior, most of your comments are pretty subjective, I don't see anything solid. 

你擔心能不能得到公正的評價，趁此機會問清楚，管理層會如何對你的表現進行評估， what exactly are their expectations. This is the chance to communicate. Use this an opportunity to show the senior management that your communication skill is not that bad as your boss claimed.
