question about bonus in offer package

Here I have a question about offer package. If an offer package is like this:

base salary, bonus, sign-in bonus, stock, relocation......

What is the bonus in the package? For example, 10% bonus. Does that mean that I will get 10% bonus when I accept the offer, or at the end of my 1st year in the new company? Is the bonus fixed (e.g. I can get it every year)?
