I certainly understand y lz thinks in this way. But lz has to think as if he himself is the boss, he will realize y his boss did that. This is not new at all. As suggested by many previous posts, an employer sometime will need to think y his/her boss does that. The simplest answer is that the boss is stupid. But in most cases, the boss is just as smart as, if not smarter than, the emploer.
