This morning, I talked to her and let her realized another error. This time, I didn't tell her what's wrong. Just step by step, she realized that she should monthly amortization/depreciation instead of quarterly amortization/depreciation for monthly cashflow.

She has been here for about 6 months.

People from big4 all aim high to be VP/CFO so they can't concentrate on details.

They are smart but financial reporting requires both understanding the big pic and attention to details.

Chinese from big 4 are different for a few reasons:

1. Good math skills

2. Ability to focus on details and also see big pics of the company.
