things getting worse

上次我發貼尋求幫助.萬分感謝各位的建議.

今天和小老板(印度人)談話, 他告訴我如果等到performance review 肯定是not meet expectation,

會很難看.

他暗示我最好自己辭職,這也是大老板的本意.這樣他可以說少人,名正言順項目延遲.

(感到他在找替罪羊, feel the pressue of project deadline)

我應當馬上找HR? 他威脅我說更麻煩.

What shall I do now?

This is a small public company.

Backgrounder:

 

我昨天被大老板(director)叫去談話.(Quite unusal).

他告訴我designer 對我的工作很有意見,'bug report are not clear. some  invalid and some

cases are not covered". 他給我三個選擇. 1. improve & correct 2. possible transfer to

other project/division 3. leave the company. (What a surprise).
