find out how many bugs she made in the past, how many bugs other QA filed and how many bugs are invalid. find a good reason for yourself why that 5 bugs are invalid? like the design did not provide design document, bla bla...Then talk this to the director. if director is unfair, talk to HR. you have to be very smart when dealing with this problem
