If this is the same boss, it doesn't smell right. She may pick up on you. I still suggest you to have a 1 on 1 talk with her and find out what is the real issue.  If it doesn’t work out, try to look for a transfer opportunity within the company. Probably you can talk to your old boss and see if he can help you.  Good luck.
